Where we cover
We’re based in two locations: Rhyl in North Wales, Machynlleth in Mid Wales and Chester in Cheshire. That puts us within easy reach of a wide area including Wrexham, Conwy, Bangor, Caernarfon, Denbigh, Ruthin, Chester, Aberystwyth, Newtown, Welshpool, Llanidloes and everything in between.
Delivery, setup and collection is included free within 10 miles of either base. We can travel further than that for the right job, so if you are not sure whether we cover your venue, just get in touch and we will let you know.
What kind of events do we cover?
We hire PA systems for all kinds of events across the region:
Weddings are our most common booking. Whether you are having a DIY reception at a barn venue, speeches in a garden or a full evening party, we can match you with the right system for the size of the space and the number of guests.
Outdoor events are something we get asked about a lot. Our battery-powered speakers are popular for summer fetes, sports days, presentations and outdoor ceremonies where mains power is awkward or unavailable. They run for up to 8 hours on a full charge and handle music and speech clearly.
Community events, school events and corporate meetings are all things we have covered. If you need clear audio for speeches, presentations or background music, we will sort you out with something appropriate.
Do I need a full PA system or just a speaker?
Honestly, it depends on what you are doing and how many people need to hear it.
For a garden party or small indoor event where you just want background music, a pair of Bluetooth speakers is usually enough. Our JBL PartyBox 320 setup handles that well and connects straight to your phone or Spotify playlist.
For speeches, microphones, or filling a larger room or outdoor space, you need a proper PA setup with a mixer and either wired or wireless mics. We can supply that too.

How it works
We keep it simple. You tell us your event date, venue and what you are trying to achieve. We suggest the right kit, confirm availability and arrange delivery. On the day we set everything up and make sure it is working before we leave. We collect it again once your event is done.
You do not need to know anything about audio equipment. That is our job.
